Dear Friends,

Most of you know me as your realtor and friend, however to those that do not know me, I would like to share something with you on a more personal level. As some of you may or may not know, I contribute the success of all of my endeavors to One who is greater than I, that is to a Sovereign Creator that I’ve come to know as my loving, Heavenly Father. In my almost 17 years of service in the real estate industry, I have learned to place my trust in His hands to carry me through a career that is unstable, cyclical, no guarantee of wage compensation, and providing no real “employee benefits.” Throughout the years my Heavenly Father has faithfully provided all my daily needs. As each birthday passed, I prayed to Him, “Help me to grow old gracefully.” Year after year, God would whisper to my heart,

“It is more blessed to give than to receive.” (Acts 20:35)

So I started with small inspirational magic shows to minister to those who have not heard of the love of God, sharing the simple truth that “I am special” and “God loves you”. I would not charge for any of my shows, however, any donation received for my performances went to fund those who were in need.

TURNING POINT!

In 2003, there were a series of events that were significant to me. One was turning 40 and another was when a dear client-friend gave me the book, The Prayer of Jabez. I was encouraged to start praying,

“Oh Lord that you would bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast,

and that Thine hand might be with me, and that Thou wouldest

keep me from evil, That it may not grieve me.” (1 Chronicles 4:10)

I guess God had bigger plans for me, because in that same year HE “enlarged my coast” and blessed me with a fishery in Nabas, Aklan, Philippines with the mission to use the proceeds to give to the hungry and disadvantaged in the Philippine Islands.

“He said to them, ‘Follow Me, and I

will make you fishers of men’.” (Matthew 4:19)

Along my path, people heard what I was doing and through their encouragement, God revealed to me that this mission was only just the beginning. I knew then that God wanted me to go out of my comfort zone. So I obeyed, and on April 22, 2005, in honor of my Heavenly Father, “My Father’s World” became an official Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation incorporated in California State.We have a 501(c)(3) classification from the Internal Revenue Service, and contributions are deductible for federal income tax purposes.
